Dựa vào quy luật phát triển tự nhiên về chiều cao và chu vi của cây, cậu học sinh lớp 9 người Ukraina tên là Alexay Streliaev đã nghĩ ra cách để có thể lấy điện năng từ chính quy luật phát triển này.
