Thủ tướng Chính phủ vừa phê duyệt Đề án Kiểm soát dân số các vùng biển, đảo và ven biển (VBĐ) giai đoạn 2009-2020. Theo đó, đến năm 2010, quy mô dân số các VBĐ không vượt quá 32 triệu người, 34 triệu người vào năm 2015 và 37 triệu người vào năm 2020.
