ác nhà nghiên cứu Nhật Bản vừa đưa ra kết luận từ đề tài mới nhất của họ về tác dụng mới của cây bông cải xanh (súp lơ xanh). Theo đó, loại rau này có khả năng chống lại các vi khuẩn xâm nhập gây ung thư dạ dày.Trước đó, các nhà khoa học đến từ trường Y Johns Hopkins, Baltimore, Mỹ đã khẳng định tác dụng này của cây bông cải xanh trên cơ thể động vật. Nghiên cứu lần này của nhóm chuyên gia thuộc ĐH Khoa học công nghệ Tokyo đã chứng minh thành công tác dụng chống ung thư dạ dày đối với con người.
