Các nhà nghiên cứu Mỹ vừa chế tạo thành một thiết bị phát xạ ánh sáng nhỏ nhất từ trước đến nay. “Bóng đèn siêu nhỏ” này được tạo bởi một sợi nano có bề rộng chỉ khoảng 200 nm (1 nm bằng một phần tỉ của mét).
