Họ nhận thấy những người ăn 1 bữa cá mỗi tuần sẽ giảm 31% nguy cơ phát triển bệnh AMD sớm so với những người không ăn. Còn ăn hạnh nhân vài lần/tuần thì giảm 35% nguy cơ mắc AMD.
