Các kĩ sư của đại học Standford đã phát minh ra một loại vật liệu cách nhiệt siêu mỏng có thể phản xạ lại sức nóng của ánh sáng mặt trời, giúp người dân trên thế giới tiết kiệm điện một cách tối đa.
