Nhà nghiên cứu động thực vật nghiệp dư, Bob Heckford đã tình cờ nhìn thấy một loài sâu bướm màu xanh sáng đậu trên thân cây sồi non trong khu vực Hembury Woods, thuộc tổ chức National Trust quản lý.Loài sâu bướm mới được công nhận tại Anh.
