2 km sông Tô Lịch (đoạn từ Hoàng Quốc Việt đến Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội) sẽ được Bộ Khoa học Công nghê thử nghiệm xử lý ô nhiễm, với tổng kinh phí hơn 40 tỷ đồng.
