Theo phát hiện vừa được công bố của các nhà nghiên cứu thuộc Đại học Y Vienna (Áo), bệnh Parkinson lan truyền từ tế bào này sang tế bào khác trong não bộ giống như một loại bệnh lây nhiễm.
