Một nghiên cứu mới được công bố của trường Đại học Minnesota, Mỹ đã chỉ ra rằng, diacetyl - một hỗn hợp chất tạo nên hương vị bơ có trong bỏng ngô là nguyên nhân gây ra tổn hại một cách bất thường các protein trong não có liên quan đến căn bệnh Alzheimer.
