Các thanh tra hạt nhân Liên Hợp Quốc đã tìm thấy vết tích uranium được làm giàu ở mức độ cao tại một khu lò phản ứng tại Ai Cập, báo cáo giới hạn người xem của Cơ quan năng lượng nguyên tử quốc tế (IAEA) cho biết.
